NURTURE AND MEMBERSHIP
The responsibilities of the Ely United Methodist Church Nurture and Membership Committee include exploring Ministries that encourage Church Family Involvement and Fellowship. The committee also explores Ministries that might enhance church growth. This task includes looking for ways to enhance a spirit of welcome within the Church Family.
One of the spirit of welcome ideas is to keep a small Welcome Visitors Pamphlet in the pews that provides visitors with the many opportunities to join in the EUMC programs, depending on their interests and length of stay in the Ely area.

The committee keeps membership records up to date and current for mailings and directories including the EUMC monthly newsletter The Fish. The committee meets as necessary and reports to the Administrative Council.
